We stand behind all of our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you receive for any reason you may return the item within 10 days of receiving the shipment, in it's original condition for a full refund, exchange or credit to your account.
Upon receipt of your Custom-Ordered saddle, please inspect and approve the workmanship and materials. If any details of your custom ordered saddle are not as ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery to receive return instructions for a full purchase price refund.
Once any Custom-Ordered saddle has been ridden, perspired on or show any signs of wear, it may be returned within 10 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price minus a 33% stocking fee. Any custom saddle options other than standard choices are not refundable.
You may test ride any In-Stock new saddle and still return it for a full refund within 10 days of delivery, as long as it shows no signs of wear. DP saddle returns will incur a $100 restocking fee. Please use a clean pad to protect the underside of the saddle. Be mindful of what you ride in - britches with pocket embellishments may cause damage to the seat leather. Please wrap the stirrups in a soft cloth to prevent rubbing and wrap the fenders to prevent sweat stains.
Once any new In-Stock saddle has been ridden, perspired on and does show any sign of wear, it may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a refund minus a re-stocking fee of 15%.
All used In-Stock saddles may be returned in the same condition as they were received within 10 days of delivery for a full refund without a re-stocking fee. All used saddles are sold "as is", we do not offer guarantees on our used saddles other than our 100% Service Guarantee which includes a full refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Saddles must be returned via USPS, Fed Ex or UPS insured shipping.
Postage and shipping fees are not included in the refund.

We are so proud of outstanding quality of our Harmony Western Saddle™ line and for the absolute comfort it affords the horse and rider. We offer a full lifetime tree, full lifetime material and workmanship guarantee for our Harmony Western Dressage Saddles™.
For our Harmony Light Western Saddles™ we also offer a full lifetime tree guarantee and a 7 year material and workmanship guarantee.

Each Harmony saddle is made one at a time with expert attention and care - hands on by 3rd generation Master Saddle Crafter. Parts and labor are covered in this guarantee.
This guarantee does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, etc. Alteration of any kind to the Harmony Western Dressage™ or Harmony Light Western Saddle™ voids this warranty entirely.
For any guarantee work, please contact us for instructions and an authorization number first. The saddle will be shipped by the customer for inspection then for repair or replacement if needed. If a defect is found, the needed adjustments will be made and the saddle will be returned to the customer.
If no defects are found within the scope of this guarantee, the customer will be responsible for return freight charges and any repair work they agree to have completed at that time.
DP Saddlery LP's Saddle Guarantee::
All guarantee and warranty repair work is handled directly through DP's US Headquarters in Ft. Mitchell, Alabama.
Custom Saddle Payment Terms::
Upon receipt of a down payment of one third of the total purchase price of Harmony Western Dressage Saddle™, the submitted saddle order will constitute a binding contract between Western Dressage Riding Gear and the purchaser. This contract shall be considered fulfilled upon receiving the final payment, before delivery to the purchaser upon the saddle completion.
The purpose for this down payment is to secure intent of purchase on the part of the customer, and to bind the agreement between Western Dressage Riding Gear and the customer. Failure on the part of the purchaser to complete payment for their Harmony Western Dressage Saddle™ order shall result in the forfeiture of the initial down payment.
All sales are final, and products are guaranteed as to workmanship and materials.
All orders are shipped insured UPS, Fed Ex Ground or USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified. Please call or e-mail if you would like a particular or alternative shipping method. Orders for in stock items are shipped within 24 hours, orders for items that are not in stock are usually shipped within five business days.
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. You may prepay an order by cashier's, check, personal check or money order.
